Marc Chancerel focuses on Venture Tech, from pre-sales to 50M€ revenue.
Marc enjoys the direct relationship with company founders and the agility of small senior teams. He shares his broad transaction experience with them including: small tactical capital increases to 50M€+ exits, buy side assignments, private placements, structuring, and financing of spin-offs. Before advising, he spent six years investing as a Principal at GemVentures, Gemalto’s corporate venture fund: deal flow, due diligence, investment structuring, refinancing and exit. At Gemalto, he launched new solutions and services while running the Business Innovation Group.
Prior to Gemalto he worked in Consulting (PwC, Deloitte). Marc founded two companies (image processing and e-commerce) and serves/served as Board Member in several tech companies (e.g. Welcome-RT, Atchick-Realtime, Veoprint, Apeera).
Marc has a Master’s of Science (Ecole des Mines de Paris).
